For all Diving NSW events you must complete an Online DiveSheet when available. This is normally one week before the meet.

Fantastic Freddie was part of the back page headline in The Manly Daily last Thursday as they announced their Junior Sports Star Awards for 2009. Parramatta diver Freddie Pryor was one of the award recipients. Freddie was announced The Manly Daily Young Achieiver Award for his outstanding diving acheivements in 2009. Congratulations Freddie!
