For all Diving NSW events you must complete an Online DiveSheet when available. This is normally one week before the meet.

All of the following (if applicable) terms of service must be agreed upon before membership can be granted. Please take the time to read each and complete relavent forms before submitting payment for Diving NSW membership. Coaches confirm that you hold a current Australian Sports Commission Diving Coaching Accreditation.

For the Asthma Medication Notification Form you will need to complete and return it to Diving NSW. You will find the address on the Diving NSW website under 'Contact Us' located at the top of the page.
